Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management.
• 4–7 years of technically focused interior design experience in hospitality/entertainment projects.
• A portfolio of work demonstrating abilities.
• International project/client experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, REVIT, InDesign, Photoshop, and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• From detailed drawing sets and FF&E documentation to construction administration and interdisciplinary coordination.

We’re seeking a Technical Interior Designer who can transform high-level creative vision into fully coordinated, construction-ready environments across world-class resort and hospitality projects. From detailed drawing sets and FF&E documentation to construction administration and interdisciplinary coordination, this is an opportunity to work on large-scale, design-driven projects where execution matters just as much as creativity.

You’ll join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional interior environments with an uncompromising standard for design quality, technical accuracy, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management from an accredited academic institution
• 4-7 years of technically focused interior design experience, including experience in significant hospitality and/or entertainment-related design projects
• A portfolio of work demonstrating abilities
• International project and/or client experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, AutoCAD 2018 or newer, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, Hand Sketches, Microsoft Office, REVIT 2018 or Newer, Space Planning
• Intermediate proficiency in AutoDesk Form IT, Procore/BIM360/PlanGrid/Other, Sketchup, Spexx or Similar
• Design sensitive, have finely tuned aesthetic sensibilities, and have a broad design vocabulary in order to support high-profile clients, high-caliber design teams, and high-end design projects with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate visually through excellent drawing ability, illustration, and descriptive writing.
