Job summary

Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects seeks an interior designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience for a full-time role in Dallas. Hospitality and commercial experience are preferred, with the ability to work independently and deliver concept-to-implementation design.

You will collaborate with the design team, coordinate with consultants, and advance projects through schematic design to construction documentation, maintaining high design quality and client relations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit & AutoCAD.
• 3+ years experience in the design field; hospitality- based experience preferred but not required.
• Accredited professional degree in Interior Architecture or related field (preferred).
• Actively pursuing NCIDQ licensure (preferred).
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred.

Our hospitality design firm is seeking an interior designer (3 years experience minimum) for full-time employment. Hospitality & commercial experience preferred.

Possesses the qualities, knowledge, and skills to work independently and think critically. Applies experience gained in the field to generate conceptual and schematic design work and evolve it to a level of implantation while maintaining a high standard of design quality and aesthetic. Expresses a strong interest in furthering their career, learning, growing, and taking on a growing set of responsibility. Must be forward thinking, organized and collaborative.

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to fostering creative and unique design solutions at a high level of quality and care
• Highly detailed and organized with the ability to develop and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Have meaningful impact in the creation, management & advancement of interior design throughout all phases
• Ability to implement and navigate brand guidelines and design requirements
• A key player in coordination of overall design intent, both internally and externally, as it applies to the overall design team and relevant consultants
• Understands the importance of growing and maintaining client relationships and the basic concept of business development
• Participate and collaborate in internal team design meetings on a regular basis

Job Qualifications:
