A globally recognized operator/hospitality developer is seeking two Design Directors to join its growing team in Las Vegas.

This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in the design and development of world-class hospitality, entertainment, and experiential destinations across a diverse portfolio of luxury projects. Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, operators, and development partners, the successful candidate will help shape design strategy while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of creativity, quality, functionality, and guest experience.

The Opportunity

The Design Director will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept through delivery, serving as the key link between brand vision, design execution, and operational requirements. This individual will combine strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of technical design, project execution, and stakeholder management.

The role requires a highly collaborative professional capable of working across multiple project teams while maintaining design excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design direction of hospitality, gaming, entertainment, and mixed-use projects from initial concept through project completion.
• Collaborate with external architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
• Evaluate design solutions from both creative and operational perspectives to enhance guest experience and commercial performance.
• Partner closely with development, construction, operations, and executive leadership teams.
• Review plans, specifications, renderings, and design documentation to ensure consistency with brand standards and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying stages of design and development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to consultants, designers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Significant experience within luxury hospitality, casino, gaming, resort, entertainment, or experiential development environments.
• A strong blend of creative vision and technical design expertise.
• Experience managing complex projects from concept development through construction and delivery.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of design coordination, project delivery, operational requirements, and guest experience.
• The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly design-focused environment.
