The role involves programming client needs, schematic design, space planning, construction documentation, and producing client-ready renderings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency in Revit documentation is required.
• Knowledge of 3D Rendering & Adobe Creative Suites is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior design assignments including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, space planning, and construction documentation.
• Develop FF&E packages with specifications of materials, fixtures, and furniture.
• Provide design support, material selections, and execution of design concepts through all project phases.
• Produce 3D renderings and graphic presentations for client reviews.
• Coordinate with material reps, vendors, and consultants.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Balance short- and long-term deadlines and priorities across projects.
• Contribute to design-focused, community-centered projects.
