Job summary

The Closet Company in Naples is seeking a Designer / Sales Consultant to guide discerning homeowners from first conversation to finished design. You will meet clients in our Naples showroom and at their homes, measure spaces, create a design inventory, and close sales.

Training on Mozaik is provided; prior software experience is not required. We emphasize exceptional customer service and relationship building with high-end residential clients.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in sales or customer service or relationship building (paid or volunteer).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations, take measurements, and prepare project proposals.
• Design custom closet and cabinetry systems in Mozaik.
• Welcome showroom visitors and answer calls, nurturing repeat customers.
• Grow new business through trade relationships and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with production and installation teams to deliver projects seamlessly.

The Role:

Designer / Sales Consultant You will guide discerning homeowners from first conversation to finished design. Meet clients in our Naples showroom and in their homes, listen to how they live, measure the space, create an inventory of what they love, design a solution, and close the sale. We design and build in Mozaik software, and we will train you on it. A strong track record with customer service matters more to us than prior software or design experience.

What You'll Do

Lead client consultations, take field measurements, and prepare project proposals Design custom closet and cabinetry systems in Mozaik Welcome clients during showroom hours and answer incoming calls, including our many loyal repeat customers Grow new business through existing trade relationships, industry association memberships and proactive outreach. As an established company we do receive a large number of calls you will receive once your training is complete. Partner with our production and installation teams to deliver every project seamlessly Represent The Closet Company at trade shows and networking events Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and earn repeat business Meet monthly sales goals

Who You Are

Required At least 5 years of experience in sales or customer service or relationship building; this can be through paid or volunteer work. A talent for building lasting relationships with clients, builders, and designers Confident and gracious working with high-end residential clients Strong written and verbal communication skills A strong work ethic, with excellent organization, self-management, and attention to detail A natural problem solver who works well with clients and our in-house team Comfortable on a computer, with solid math skills and the ability to read a tape measure Preferred Experience with cabinetry, interior design, or construction Familiarity with CAD or cabinetry design software

Compensation and Benefits
