Job summary

Steinhafels in Wisconsin hosts an Interior Designer role focused on transforming client spaces with creative solutions. This full commission position includes paid training, top-quality products, and access to a service and delivery team.

You can earn unlimited commissions and a $15/hour bonus during your four training pay periods, with bonuses for performance throughout the year. Ideal candidates bring strong sales skills, design talent, and the ability to work both in-store and in clients'

Qualifications

• Experienced designers or those just starting out in the design field.
• Strong sales abilities and high personal integrity
• The creative talent needed to translate your vision into a presentation that will meet your client’s needs and drive sales
• The ability to work both in-store and in customers’ homes
• The ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs including weekends and holidays
• Experience with 2D and 3D space planning
• Experience with palette selections and textiles
• DMV record must meeting insurability requirements
