Job summary

Steinhafels Furniture is seeking an Interior Designer to transform client spaces and help clients realize dream homes. This role offers a commission-based compensation model with a training period that includes a $15/hour bonus during the first 4 pay periods.

You’ll collaborate with clients in-store and in customers’ homes, creating floor plans, selecting palettes, and delivering presentation-ready designs to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in interior design preferred.
• Experience with 2D and 3D space planning.
• Strong sales abilities and high personal integrity.
• Ability to work in-store and in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Translate client vision into design presentations to drive sales.
• Manage multiple projects and customers concurrently.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, in-store and at clients' homes.
• Assist in creating floor plans and selecting palettes/textiles.

• Experience with 2D and 3D space planning
• Experience with palette selections and textiles
• DMV record must meeting insurability requirements

Preferred experience would include a minimum of an associate’s degree in interior design and/or extensive experience and training in a design field.
