Steinhafels Furniture is seeking creative Interior Designers to transform spaces and help clients realize dream homes. This full-commission role offers unlimited earning potential, with an additional $15/hour bonus during the first four pay periods of training on top of commissions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales abilities and high personal integrity.
• Experience with 2D and 3D space planning.
• Ability to translate client vision into compelling presentations that drive sales.
• Willingness to work both in-store and in customers’ homes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience with palette selections and textiles.
• DMV record must meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate client visions into presentations that meet their needs and drive sales.
• Work both in-store and in customers’ homes to design spaces.
• Manage multiple interior design projects and client relationships concurrently.
• Collaborate with customers to create floor plans and space planning solutions.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate customer schedules, including weekends and holidays.
