Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Architect (Residential) to join our Key Biscayne studio. This hands-on role manages luxury residential projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, vendors, and consultants.

With a strong background in architecture and interior design, you will develop concepts, renderings, and detailed documentation while coordinating permitting and site visits to ensure design intent and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in residential architecture and/or interior design.
• Proven experience with luxury residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong skills in space planning, design development, and documentation.
• Experience creating renderings and client presentations.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and residential building codes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in-person in Key Biscayne.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned residential projects from concept through completion.
• Design and develop architectural and interior concepts for single-family homes, remodels, and luxury residences.
• Create shop drawings and detailed design documentation.
• Produce renderings and visual materials for design presentations.
• Prepare and present client presentations, including concepts and material selections.
• Make project-related purchases and manage specifications and selections.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Communicate directly with clients throughout all phases of the project.
• Conduct project site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
• Assist with permitting and coordinate with local authorities as required.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and design quality.

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Architect (Residential) to join our team in Key Biscayne. This is a hands- on role for a design professional who can confidently manage high-end residential projects from concept through completion while working closely with clients, vendors, and consultants.
