Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks an Interior Designer to support NAVFAC Northwest in Silverdale, WA. You will provide design support for new construction and renovations, develop finish schedules and furniture plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include 5+ years in interior design, Revit proficiency, and NCIDQ or state licensure. U.S. citizenship, background check, and CIDA accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing facilities interior design.
• Experience developing room finish schedules, finish plans, finish boards, and furniture plans.
• Experience with furniture planning, best-value determinations, and collateral equipment coordination.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• U.S. citizen with valid driver's license.
• Able to complete required background and security screening.
• CIDA-accredited interior design program or equivalent.
• NCIDQ certification or applicable state licensure, certification, or registration.
• Must not be affiliated with a furniture dealership, vendor, or manufacturer.

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking an Interior Designer to support the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest (NAVFAC Northwest), Planning Design and Construction Directorate, Design Division (PDC4) in Silverdale, WA.

The Interior Designer will provide design technical support for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects throughout the NAVFAC Northwest Area of Responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide interior design support for new construction and renovation projects.
• Develop room finish schedules, finish plans, finish boards, and furniture plans.
• Support best-value determinations and collateral equipment coordination.
• Develop and review designs using Revit and other applicable design software.
• Review designs, submittals, RFIs, technical reports, and other project deliverables.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC team members, project stakeholders, and multidisciplinary design teams.

What You Bring:
