Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking a Civil Engineer to support NAVFAC Northwest in Silverdale, WA. The role involves civil design for new construction, renovations, and infrastructure across the NAVFAC Northwest area of responsibility.

You will lead site layout, grading, and water/sewer system design, perform stormwater calculations, and review construction documents. Strong communication and a four-year engineering degree are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of design management/experience in civil tasks.
• Experience with site layout and grading design.
• Experience designing water and sanitary sewer systems.
• Experience performing stormwater calculations and design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• U.S. citizen with valid driver's license.
• Able to pass background/security screening.
• Four-year engineering degree required.
• Minimum six (6) years of applicable design management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil design and technical support for new construction, renovations, and infrastructure projects.
• Perform site layout and grading design tasks.
• Design water and sanitary sewer systems and perform stormwater calculations.
• Develop and review civil drawings and technical documentation.
• Review reports, RFIs, designs, submittals, and construction docs.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC personnel and multidisciplinary teams.
