Copper Leaf Interiors is seeking a full-time Commercial Interior Designer. Since our founding, we have been dedicated to delivering exceptional interior design solutions, specializing in Commercial Design, Restaurants, Custom Homes, and Corporate Office spaces. Our work transforms environments, blending creativity with functionality to enhance people’s lives.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced interior designer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and is passionate about creating inspiring, purposeful spaces.

What You'll Do:

· Manage projects of various sizes through all phases from inception to completion.

· Ensure all design processes align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.

· Create, read, and interpret drawings/blueprints to support project execution.

· Collaborate with contractors, furniture dealers, product representatives, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives.

· Assist with installation coordination and project management as needed.

· Interface directly with clients to develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships.

What We're Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA – accredited School or a related field.

· Experience working on commercial, restaurant, and custom home projects.

· Self-starter with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

· Knowledge of materials, and vendors.

· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design software.

· A natural problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and collaborate with our team.

· Experience or a strong desire to work on both commercial and residential design projects.

· Client Focused: Ability to confidently manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service

· Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and product representatives.

· A passion for functional, innovative, and aesthetically driven design.
