Your Mission (Should You Choose To Accept It)

• Guide our clients through the home selections process like a creative sherpa
• Design stunning interior spaces that reflect homeowners' dreams and our design standards
• Coordinate and track all selected materials, fixtures, and finishes like a boss
• Purchase materials post-selection, ensuring everything arrives on time, on budget, and in one piece
• Keep multiple projects and schedules organized with Jedi-like clarity
• Partner with our construction team to make sure the homeowners vision gets built exactly as designed
• Be the calm, communicative center of every chaotic storm
  
  

You Should Totally Apply If You

• Have a proven track record of designing interiors for residential construction
• Know your way around cabinetry, countertops, lighting, flooring, paint, and all things finish-related
• Are detail-obsessed and deeply organized
• Thrive in a fast-paced, always-moving, always-building environment
• Can juggle multiple homes, clients, and timelines without losing your cool (or your samples)
• Have impeccable taste and can communicate your vision clearly to clients and trades
• Are as good with people as you are with mood boards
• Know your tech — CRMs, spreadsheets, design software, and maybe even a little Buildertrend wizardry
  
  

Bonus Points

• Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Purchasing and procurement experience
• Familiarity with residential construction timelines and processes
