About The Role

This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of designated project leadership.

Here’s What You’ll Do

  • Planning and design of interior spaces from conceptual design to construction administration for commercial facilities including developing construction documents
  • Designing & documenting floor plans, ceiling plans, pattern plans, elevations & room finishes
  • Researching product & finish selections
  • Reviewing building & life safety codes
  • Conferring with design team on FFE
  • Coordinating with MEP team; performing 3D modelling using Revit, Rhino, AutoCad, & SketchUp
  • Preparing renderings & presentations using Photoshop, Enscape, InDesign & Illustrator

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related field
  • Must have 2 years’ experience in the following areas:
    • Planning and design of interior spaces from conceptual design to construction administration for commercial facilities including developing construction documents
    • Designing & documenting floor plans, ceiling plans, pattern plans, elevations & room finishes
    • Researching product & finish selections
    • Reviewing building & life safety codes
    • Conferring with design team on FFE
    • Coordinating with MEP team; performing 3D modelling using Revit, Rhino, AutoCad, & SketchUp
    • Preparing renderings & presentations using Photoshop, Enscape, InDesign & Illustrator
The salary range for this position to be filled in the Los Angeles, CA area is $67,000 to $77,000 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances. We have paid time off, flex-time schedules, remote work options and a 401k plan and employee perk programs.
