As we expand our reach and take on more ambitious projects, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Design CAD Specialist to join our team. Position Overview :
As an Interior Design CAD Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our senior design team on the development of design concepts and will lead the preparation of detailed technical drawings for all assigned projects. This is a critical position for our design team, so the person in this position must be able to consistently meet deadlines and follow direction.

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with the senior design team to prepare and refine technical drawings - including but not limited to floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, schedules, and more. Assist with the preparation of client presentations. Additional duties as assigned. Essential Qualities : Strong technical interior design and interior architecture knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Consistently meet deadlines and follow direction. Qualifications : Must live in Southern California or be willing to relocate. This is not a remote position. We work in a highly collaborative manner, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in an office environment. Strongly preferred - Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture. At least 5 years of work experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture - must have residential experience. High level of proficiency with AutoCAD - specifically preparing residential construction documents and schedules. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
