The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing interior projects, ensuring high-quality results that align with our company's vision and clients' needs. This position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design interior spaces for various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and present design proposals using AutoCAD, including 2D and 3D renderings, to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Oversee all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring the project adheres to all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess the space and gather information for the design process.
• Manage project documentation, including plans, specifications, and invoices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, products, and technologies in the interior design industry.
  
  

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the Engineering industry.
• Proficient in Revit, with a strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, finishes, and furniture systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and creative, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.
