We're looking for a creative, hands-on Model Home Interior Designer to join our boutique firm and transform blank canvases into spaces that make people immediately want to kick off their shoes and stay forever. If you have a serious passion for mood boards, a metric ton of spatial-planning wizardry, and 3–4 years of professional interior design experience, we want your brain (and your style).

What you’ll actually do:

• Play visionary: Mastermind design concepts, space plans, and pick the perfect furnishings, draperies, tile, and finishes.
• Make it real: Source products, draft specs, and build presentations that leave clients saying, \"Wow, yes, please.\"
• Team up: Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, purchasing, and technical teams.
• Get your hands dirty: Juggle multiple projects, drive on-site installations, and smash deadlines like a pro.

What you bring to the table (besides a great eye):

• The chops: 3–4 years of professional interior design experience, strong space planning, and finish specification skills.
