We are seeking talented, highly creative candidate with a passion for design to join our team and hit the ground running. This is a multifaceted position requiring a dynamic thinker. Design Associate Responsibilities : Assist principal with all facets of design and implementing client vision Meet with customers and conduct design consultations Creating project proposals and design presentations Attend site visits, client meetings and internal meetings Helping clients with style, color and finish selections Able to constructively work under pressure and meet deadlines Maintain highest levels of professionalism when interacting with clients Qualifications : Candidate must have minimum of 4 years of residential kitchen design experience Candidate must be proficient with residential design software, preferably 20 / 20 Design or Chief Architect Ability to read building plans and scale drawings Strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time to meet deadlines Personable with strong customer service and time management skills Candidates must submit a cover letter and a PDF of your resume.
