  • Contribute to floor setup, replenishment, and share design insights with teammates.
  • Support store goals by cross‑training across sales and back‑of‑house functions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with high‑price products or in a design‑related retail environment.
  • At least 1 year of interior, architectural, or graphic design experience and a strong grasp of spatial planning, color theory, and style trends.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, DesignFiles), POS systems, and platforms like Salesforce.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse customers.
  • Fast‑paced work mindset with strong prioritization abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field is a plus but not required; passion and skill are equally valued.
