Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within home furnishings or interior design.
• Strong knowledge of the interior design process and the needs of design professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to engage and cultivate relationships with interior design firms for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Global Views, and Surya.
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to present our diverse product offerings, tailoring solutions to meet their unique design needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
• Travel to customer locations as needed to build relationships, conduct product presentations, and understand client requirements.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to promote our brands and connect with designers.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product lines, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Accurately track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups through our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team performance and company goals.
