Lawrance Furniture & Interiors is seeking talented Designer / Sales Consultants to join our team at Encinitas and Hillcrest locations. This role blends interior design sensibility with consultative sales, helping clients furnish entire rooms and, at times, whole homes with mid- to high-end contemporary pieces from leading brands.

We value relationship-driven sales, collaboration with discerning clients, and the ability to manage projects both as part of a team and independently.

Lawrance Furniture & Interiors is seeking talented Designer / Sales Consultants to join our team at both locations in Encinitas or Hillcrest.

This role blends interior design sensibility with consultative sales, working with clients to furnish entire rooms—and, at times, complete homes—using mid- to high-end contemporary furniture from leading European and North American brands.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a background or strong interest in interior design
• Is naturally skilled in relationship-driven sales
• Enjoys collaborating with discerning clients on thoughtful, well-designed spaces
• Thrives in a team environment while managing projects independently
