Primarily responsible for the management, development, training, and motivation of the team while maintaining a high level of customer contact and achieving goals. Actively coach to raise professionalism of the design services and assist with developing business plans with staff designers to increase market reach and revenue. Work closely with each associate to manage design projects, client contacts and relationships, sales volume, Interior Designer effectiveness and overall customer satisfaction.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, a monthly commission is paid, which is based on written sales for the month.
