Southern Proper Hospitality Group is searching for an Event Sales Manger to join our already dynamic team. This Event Sales Manager role is 100% commission based.

What You Would Be Responsible For.

The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for generating event sales and growing the business throughout the portfolio. This role is 100% outbound calls and role is commission based. Role is remote with the ability to do site visits and client interactions on site as needed.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and maintaining relationship between the Sales and the Restaurant Managers.
  • Developing a process for event referrals between event sales team members.
  • Build event sales through direct sales
  • Setting individual sales goals for each concept in the area
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
What we Require from You
  • Advanced Time management skills
  • At least 2 years of direct event sales experience
  • Experience in self-management, while working for a team
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
