Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Design Manager to lead interior design for Tier 2 and 3 locations globally, under 15K SF. You will develop non-structural designs and coordinate with consultants to meet CW Workplace Standards and building codes.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating test-fit concepts, and guiding space planning from schematic to construction drawings while managing FF&E selections. Revit experience is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a relevant degree and certification as listed.
• Proven experience with interior design and non-structural interiors.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design for Tier 2/3 locations and develop design documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate conditions, create test fits, and advance to permit drawings.
• Guide FF&E selection, space planning, and finalize construction documents.
