Job summary

HGA is seeking a Project Coordinator for our San Francisco, CA Interior Design team. The role focuses on partnering with Interior Designers, Project Architects, and Project Managers to develop design solutions and detailed project documentation.

You will support construction documents, ensure design intent, and contribute to drawing production and documentation while upholding design excellence and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience on small- to large-scale project types.
• Experience with TI and core-and-shell.
• Strong graphic skills.
• Revit knowledge and experience required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other industry software; project management tools.
• Ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner on the development of construction documents and ensure design intent is accurately carried through.
• Translate complex project goals into creative and functional design solutions.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate architectural and engineering systems.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Meet project milestones with high attention to detail and quality.
• Develop design documents and lead the detailed development of construction documents across all phases.
