Gresham Smith is seeking a Project Coordinator - Interior Design to join our Health Market team in Denver. You will support NCIDQ-certified designers through all design phases, from programming and concept to construction documents, with a focus on healthcare interiors.
A Bachelor's in Interior Design/Architecture and a portfolio are required; certification pursuit and internship experience are preferred. We offer a collaborative, people-first environment with professional growth opportunities,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture from an accredited university.
- Pursuing Certification.
- Intern role experience preferred (1–3 terms).
- Strong concept design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Competency with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or similar 3D tools.
- LEED accreditation and/or EDAC certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Learn the skills to be a successful entry level professional under NCIDQ-certified interior designers.
- Earn credits toward NCIDQ examination and certification.
- Collaborate with team through programming to construction documents.
- Engage in Construction Administration, including job site visits.
- Ensure client satisfaction by applying quality control processes.
