Gresham Smith is seeking a Project Coordinator - Interior Design to join our Health Market team in Denver. You will support NCIDQ-certified designers through all design phases, from programming and concept to construction documents, with a focus on healthcare interiors.

A Bachelor's in Interior Design/Architecture and a portfolio are required; certification pursuit and internship experience are preferred. We offer a collaborative, people-first environment with professional growth opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture from an accredited university.
• Pursuing Certification.
• Intern role experience preferred (1–3 terms).
• Strong concept design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Competency with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or similar 3D tools.
• LEED accreditation and/or EDAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn the skills to be a successful entry level professional under NCIDQ-certified interior designers.
• Earn credits toward NCIDQ examination and certification.
• Collaborate with team through programming to construction documents.
• Engage in Construction Administration, including job site visits.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture from an accredited university
• Pursuing Certification.
• Served in an intern role for 1 to 3 terms preferred.
• Strong concept design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated competency using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Lumion, Enscape, and/or other 3D rendering software programs.
• LEED accreditation and/or EDAC certification is a plus.

As a Project Coordinator - Interior Design, you will:

Responsibilities:
