Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Planning Coordinator to support the Environmental Graphics & Signage / Interior Design planning teams on clinical, academic and research facility projects.

You will assist with scheduling, reports, budgets and databases, prepare presentations, and coordinate with facilities, supply chain and outside vendors. A design or graphic degree and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design or graphic related disciplines.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
Experience with Bluebeam, Acrobat, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist scheduling on internal project teams and with outside associates.
Prepare reports on capital planning, space planning, programming, costs and estimates.
Develop planning documents and presentations for projects.
Document project activity and maintain databases.
Support field survey work and installation vendor coordination.
Coordinate with OSUWMC Supply Chain and Facilities, Design and Construction.
Work independently on minor projects.
