A. Duda & Sons Inc. (via Viera Builders, Inc.) seeks an Interior Design Coordinator with 3+ years of design experience. This full-time role centers on meeting with buyers for Design Previews and Appointments, plus administrative support for the Design Studio.

You will guide clients on layout, finishes, budgets, and selections, manage spec home options, and ensure documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Weekends are required as part of a five-day work week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of interior design experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in new home construction is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Design Appointments – Meet with buyers for two comprehensive design appointments, each lasting approximately three hours.
• Provide Design Guidance – Advise buyers on interior design selections including floor plan functionality, space planning, electrical options, color palettes, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, fixtures, etc.
• Manage Buyer Budgets – Assist buyers in making design and option selections within budgets and contractual allowances.
• Coordinate Spec Home Selections – Enter and manage design options and selections for inventory homes as assigned by the Design Manager.
• Maintain Documentation Accuracy – Prepare, review, and process all documentation related to Design Previews, Appointments, follow-ups, and Spec Homes.
• Support Operational and Administrative Functions – Facilitate redraw requests, coordinate design-related administrative tasks, support process improvements.
