Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of interior design or prior retail/sales experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Internal candidates must have 12 months of experience in a design consultant position.

• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking.
• Provide advice on tile, wood, stone and accessories for projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple customer projects with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with store leadership on project management.
• Support company initiatives and model best practices.
• Engage in current and emerging design trends.
• Utilize design applications like Salesforce and Online Design Appointment Scheduler.
