Role Description

The Interior Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gulfport, MS. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget, and then developing cohesive design concepts and product recommendations. The consultant will create mood boards or visual presentations, select appropriate flooring, lighting, furniture, and finishes, and guide clients through the showroom to explore options. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, processing sales orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. The role also requires maintaining product knowledge, staying informed about design trends, and collaborating with team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, professional guidance.
