Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in interior components and systems development.
- Detail-oriented lead experience in hard/soft trim and headliners.
- Experience in interior processes like wrapping, molding, painting, and compression molding.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to packaging, engineering, release, and launch of Lucid interiors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize vehicle benefits.
- Work with interior trim suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and technical excellence.
- Develop cost-effective value solutions with the VAVE team.
- Track testing results and analyze cost breakdowns and value streams.
