Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 0–2+ years of experience or internship related to automotive interior components and systems.
• Familiarity with DVP&R, DFMEA, validation plans, and engineering releases.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned interiors products throughout the development lifecycle from concept to production launch.
• Create interior solutions balancing luxury, craftsmanship, comfort, ergonomics, safety, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with Design, Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other teams to meet milestones.
• Engage with suppliers on design reviews, feasibility, quotes, and delivery of milestones.
• Develop CAD models and analyses to meet engineering specs and regulatory requirements.
