We’re looking for an experienced Interior Carpenter with strong drywall repair and finishing skills. Much of this position involves restoring water-damaged homes, occupied condominiums, and multifamily properties after mitigation is complete. You’ll handle drywall and ceiling repairs, texture matching, finish carpentry, and other interior restoration work.

Employment Eligibility (E-Verify) McLeod Construction participates in the federal E-Verify program. Experience with cabinet repairs, LVP or vinyl flooring, carpet or tile repairs, countertops, shower surrounds, interior painting, and insurance restoration is a plus.
Candidates must have the professional tools needed for their work, including drywall finishing tools, texture equipment, a drill and impact driver, sanders, ladders, and standard carpentry and hand tools. Additional tools may be needed depending on the work assigned.
A conditional offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening, where applicable. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
