Job summary

Dent Wizard is hiring an Interior Repair Technician to perform mobile interior repairs at customer locations, including dealerships and auctions. Training is fully paid as you move from training to commission-based earnings.

Starting compensation is $21.00/hour with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits. No experience required. Travel and field work offer independence and growth within a team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform mobile interior repairs.
• Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors.
• Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like-new condition.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
