Our team of designers, project managers, real estate and operations professionals executes our clients’ vision from daydream to ribbon cutting (and beyond). We are based in New York City, but our projects are nationwide.

About the Role:

We are in search of a skilled Interior Architect to join our project team on a full-time basis. As an Interior Architectural Designer, you will play a pivotal role in producing design and construction documents across all project phases, including surveying, architectural design, detailing, and assembling construction, filing, and as-built documentation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience within Architect or Interior Architecture field. with the ability to produce construction documents, preferably with a focus on restaurant or food service projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Revit and the preparation of construction documents. Knowledge of InDesign and Enscape is also a plus.
• Design Acumen: Strong design background with excellent problem-solving and research skills.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders' needs.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
• Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exhibit resilience, and maintain a solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive Design and Construction Document Sets based on schematic design plans, 3D models, and design development studies.
• Create Design Presentations that include mood boards, floorplans, elevations, renderings and materials ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Review drawings for accuracy and consistency with existing conditions and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants' requirements.

This is a full time salaried position requiring 40+ hours per week of work. Our office is located in Manhattan, and travel to project locations may occasionally be required.
