Job summary

The Center for Early Education is seeking a leave-cover elementary math specialist to support grades 4–6 on the Los Angeles campus. You will plan and implement math curricula, differentiate instruction, and assess student progress while collaborating with teachers and administrators to meet diverse learner needs.

You will be onsite daily, assist with enrichment and remediation, and help align math practices across the upper elementary program. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• California teaching credential preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and activities for math for grades 4–6 with differentiation.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrators to align goals and assessments.
• Lead math instruction and provide enrichment and remediation as needed.
• Design ongoing professional development for math curriculum and assessment.
• Onsite presence to support students, communicate with parents, and assist teachers.
