Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings and premises neat and clean at all times, including sidewalks and play areas.
• Regulates HVAC to maintain suitable temperatures and conserve resources.
• Performs groundskeeping tasks such as grass cutting and tree trimming.
• Unlocks doors before student arrivals and secures them after dismissal.
• Shovels, plows, and maintains steps, walks, and parking areas as needed.
• Performs minor building repairs when capable and reports major repairs promptly.
• Maintains clean floors and moves furniture as required.
• Assists in inventory of supplies and requisitions replacements.
• Complies with safety rules and proper procedures for custodial work.
