Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related experience required.
• Previous building and cleaning maintenance experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Checks and secures building at beginning and end of shift.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, offices and other areas to district standards.
• Sweep, mop, buff, strip and wax floors.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery and blinds.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows and doors.
• Set up and break down chairs, tables and equipment for meetings.
• Assist in snow removal and grounds-keeping duties.
• Receive deliveries and deliver supplies to classrooms and other areas.
