Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is recruiting for an Interim Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Kent.

You will provide strong regulatory oversight, drive operational stability, and embed safeguarding practices to ensure positive outcomes for young people. The role requires prior Ofsted-regulated home experience, leadership capability, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Competenze

• Experience as Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
• Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Mansioni

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the children’s home.
• Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Promote outstanding safeguarding practice throughout the service.
• Support, motivate, and develop the staff team.
• Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections.
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and placement outcomes.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, performance, and rota management.
• Build positive relationships with local authorities, social workers, families, and partner agencies.
• Drive a culture focused on achieving positive outcomes for young people.
