Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a Full- Time Interim Real Estate Attorney for a 3-month T-P assignment.

Overview: Our client seeks an experienced interim Real Estate Attorney with experience representing institutional and commercial lenders in complex financing transactions.

Company: Our client is a nationally recognized regional law firm known for its strong real estate, litigation and corporate practices serving a broad range of institutional clients.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience. The role is ideal for someone with strong drafting, negotiating, and deal management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Location: The Client is seeking candidates seeking to work hybrid 3 days in their Roseland, NJ office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Represent institutional and commercial lenders in complex financing matters.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft documents related to commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, leases, and organizational documents.
• Coordinate closings and manage transaction timelines.
• Draft and review legal opinions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal process.

Qualifications Include:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in both New York and New Jersey.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full-time, hybrid 3 days at the Firm’s Roseland, New Jersey office

Pay Range: $90-$100 hourly
