We are currently seeking a Associate Counsel Attorney to join one of our offices. This role is primarily virtual but requires periodic travel to our Parsippany, NJ location for training and relationship building.

Your Team

We are looking for a mid-level in-house attorney with experience in transactional and general corporate matters. Ideally, candidates will have 6-12 years of relevant experience. The attorney will report to our Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel. Prior in-house accounting or consulting experience is strongly preferred.

Your Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling transactions and general corporate matters.
• Reviewing and negotiating client and vendor agreements, identifying risks.
• Supporting partners and employees in contracting processes.

Your Experience

The successful candidate will have:

• A law degree from an ABA-accredited school and an active law license.
• 6-12 years of relevant transactional and corporate experience, either at a law firm or in-house.
• Ability to advise on complex transactions and legal issues with practical, straightforward analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and legal teams.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
