Interim Quality Executive Director Needed in Napa, California!

Position

• An Interim Quality Executive Director is needed to lead quality and performance improvement initiatives at a medical center in Napa, California.
• Reporting to the Executive Director of Quality for Northern California, this leader will oversee quality improvement, infection prevention, risk, accreditation, and regulatory activities.
• Key responsibilities include driving performance improvement in quality, service, and cost through collaboration with physician, clinical, and operational leaders. This leader will guide Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) planning and evaluation and use quality and safety data to support regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• The ideal candidate will be an approachable, collaborative leader who builds trust, strengthens relationships, and guides teams through change. This individual should listen thoughtfully, promote accountability, and bring people together around shared goals. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
