Job summary

HCT Healthcare Transformation is seeking an interim Director of Quality for a 400+ bed hospital in California. The role focuses on partnering with a consultant on department initiatives, improving processes/workflows, Leapfrog Hand Hygiene, and peer review. You will facilitate committee meetings and lead quality-related initiatives.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, CA RN license, and at least 5 years in hospital quality. CPQH/CPPS/CPHRM preferred; Epic experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; RN required.
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in Quality in an acute care setting.
• Knowledge of Leapfrog, Q-HIP, HQIP, et al.
• CA RN license required.
• CPHQ, CPPS or CPHRM preferred.
• Epic computer system experience required.
