Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead before/after school programs in the Mehlville School District. The role supports safety, program quality, and engagement for students, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, experience with children, and is comfortable with Google tools. Flexible hours and shared shifts are required, with a focus on delivering safe, enriching activities for students.

Qualifications

• Experience handling competing priorities while delivering quality service.
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff and community.
• Willingness to learn or familiarity with Google technology.
• Experience working with children or in school program settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and joy standards and coach staff to maintain program quality.
• Report and support safety protocols to protect all participants.
• Engage families and partners to build trust and clear communication.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure name-to-face checks per policy.
• Plan daily activities and curriculum to provide a safe, engaging environment.
