Community Unit School District No. 308 is seeking an Interim Principal for Thompson Junior High School. The candidate must hold an Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement and possess an M.A.

in Education Administration, with at least five years of teaching experience and prior administrative experience. This is a 12-month position. The compensation is regionally competitive, with full-time benefits including employer-paid Life and AD&D

Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Interim Principal at Thompson Junior High School. Qualified candidates will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement; M.A. in Education Administration; 5 years of teaching experience and prior administrative experience and excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of school improvement process and collaborative leadership style. This is a 12 month position.

COMPENSATION: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $120K-$135K depending on educational background and experience.
