Responsibilities

Lead the school in accordance with Catholic doctrine and evangelization goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and evaluation of teachers and staff.
Develop and implement school improvement goals and budget oversight.
Ensure instruction meets archdiocesan standards and assess student performance data.
Maintain compliance with archdiocesan policies and ISBE requirements.
