Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Pipeline Operations Accounting Consultant in Houston, TX to step into a critical role after a resignation. You will own day-to-day operational accounting for nine pipelines, validate rates and volumes in Quorum Pipeline Accounting, and ensure accurate data transfer to the GL system.

NetSuite training will be provided, but immediate contribution is required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pipeline accounting, deep Quorum experience, and strong analytical,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pipeline operational accounting.
• Experience with Quorum Pipeline Accounting.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational accounting for a portfolio of nine pipelines.
• Process and validate transportation activities, rates, volumes, contracts, and customer billings in Quorum Pipeline Accounting.
• Transfer operational data from Quorum to the general ledger and support month-end close.
• Review transportation volumes, throughput records, rates, invoices, and billings for accuracy.
• Ensure tariff rates and regulatory compliance under FERC guidelines.
