Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an INTERIM Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead Nursing Services for residents and ensure high-quality care. The role includes 24-hour supervision and directing the Nursing Department to meet residents’ needs, with responsibilities during Administrator absence.

RN licensure in the practicing state and LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings experience are required, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practicing
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Two years of supervisory nursing experience required
• Strong communication and professional image

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality care.
• In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations.
