Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN to support the administration and management of Nursing Services for residents, in partnership with the Director of Nursing.
The role includes 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care per federal, state and Tutera standards; in the absence of the DON, the ADON assumes clinical operations.
Qualificações
- Dedicated to senior care with genuine compassion and patience.
- LPN licensure in the practicing state is required or in process.
- Prior leadership experience in nursing is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Support and carry out administration and management of Nursing Services for residents.
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to supervise nursing operations 24/7.
- Ensure quality care in line with Federal, State and company standards.
